Meet Roberto
“I grew up in Toronto’s west end in a Portuguese and Italian family. My love of Toronto’s neighbourhoods, cultures and sometimes strange little quirks eventually turned into a fascination with how cities work, and how they could work better.
I went on to study environmental studies and urban planning, but I’ve always been just as interested in experiencing cities as studying them. I’m a transit rider, avid traveller and unapologetic city nerd who believes Toronto can learn from the best ideas elsewhere while still doing things in a way that feels distinctly our own.”
